Returns & Shipping




In Store Purchases:
Returns are accepted on merchandise within 30 calendar days of your purchase date (unless otherwise noted at purchase). Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. Returns/refunds will be issued back via original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable. 
Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $3 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the item or items).
If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:
Returns made after 30 days from order date are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc). This restocking fee is equal to 10% of the original purchase price or $3/item whichever is greater.
Ineligible returns (including returns that are returned after 30 days of order date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld) can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
We will make every effort to contact you and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 48 hours from the date of first contact. Should we not hear back within 48 hours, we will process the return with the applicable restocking fee withheld (if eligible) or donate the return to charity.
Exchanges are accepted if possible. We cannot guarantee exchanges or provide holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other.
Items may be returned for store credit within 30 calendar days of your purchase date (unless otherwise noted at purchase). Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. 
Items purchased online, may be returned to our retail location.

Online Purchases:
Shipping is $5 for all orders. Village Trends Boutique reserves the right to change shipping costs at any time at our sole discretion.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. When mailing a return, please ensure you items are securely packaged. Village Trends Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or shipments.
Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

Items Claimed Online:
If you claim an item and are invoiced you will have 24 hours to make a payment. After the 24 hours the item will automatically go back into inventory and offered for sale. 

Returning Gifts: 
Gifts are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. You may bring your item to the store and exchange it for another item of equal value, or apply the credit to an item of greater value. Store credits and/or cash refunds cannot be issued for a gift.
